Waitlist privacy
Minimal information for a limited purpose.

Information collected
The public early-access form collects an email address, ZIP code, general EV and home-charging information, solar and battery status, topics of interest, pricing interest, and the date and version of your consent.
The waitlist does not request names, street addresses, phone numbers, NV Energy account numbers, utility passwords, bills, interval-usage files, banking information, payment credentials, or equipment serial numbers.
How the information is used
Information is used to evaluate interest in Energy Director, understand which Southern Nevada household types may benefit from the planned service, contact people about early access or availability, and plan a limited launch. It is not used to provide a personalized analysis through the public form.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database connected to this site. Cloudflare also provides site hosting and Turnstile bot protection. Waitlist data will not be placed in a public source-code repository or pasted into public artificial-intelligence services.
Sharing and sale
Waitlist information is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers. It may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the site and may be disclosed when legally required.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist records are retained while Energy Director evaluates or offers early access, unless deletion is requested sooner. Inactive waitlist records will be reviewed and deleted no later than 12 months after collection unless the person has separately agreed to continued contact.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from future messages or request deletion by emailing privacy@foundationenergydirector.com. That address must be activated before the public launch.
No utility-file submission
Do not email or submit utility bills, interval data, account credentials, or other sensitive utility records through this public waitlist.
